At Monréve Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Unboxing Video Recommendation

We strongly recommend filming a video while opening your package. In case of any damage, defect, or incorrect item, an unboxing video serves as proof and will significantly speed up your claim process. Claims without video evidence may be harder to process.

↩️ Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products are only eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened or used hair products are final sale and non-refundable.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Monréve Hair reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return conditions.
