1. General
By using the website of Monréve and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop.
2. Products
We sell hair products. We strive to display product descriptions and images accurately. Minor differences in color, texture, or length may occur and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before processing the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We work with third-party suppliers (dropshipping). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, hair products are only eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened or used hair products are final sale and non-refundable.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or an unboxing video. If approved, a replacement will be provided.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.
9. Intellectual Propert
All content on this website belongs to …… and may not be used without written permission.
10. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (carrier delays, customs, strikes, natural disasters), we reserve the right to delay delivery or cancel orders.
11. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
