1. General

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop.

2. Products

Our products concern hair products. We do our best to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color, texture, or length may occur and do not qualify for a return or refund.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We work with external suppliers (dropshipping). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, hair products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly delivered, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or an unboxing video. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement product.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products. Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or incorrect use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, branding) is the property of our brand and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as strikes, carrier delays, customs inspections, or natural disasters), we reserve the right to postpone deliveries or cancel orders without liability.

11. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by the law of the country in which our company is established. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
