We work with international suppliers to ensure the highest quality products reach you safely.

🚚 Carrier

We ship all orders via FedEx to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

⏱️ Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, the estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

🛃 Customs & Import Fees

In most cases, no additional customs or import fees apply. However, in rare cases, local customs authorities may charge import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.

📦 Delayed or Lost Packages

RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of hair products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once opened, all sales are final.

Return requests within 48 hours of delivery
Products must be unused and unopened
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Damaged or incorrect items:

Report within 24 hours with photos and/or an unboxing video.

Uncollected / refused packages:

Not eligible for refunds.

HAIR CARE

Weave Care Instructions

1. Washing

Use a sulfate-free shampoo specially designed for extensions to prevent dryness.
Wash the hair gently: let the water flow through the lengths and avoid rough rubbing.
Apply a nourishing conditioner to the lengths and ends, then rinse thoroughly.

2. Drying

Preferably let your weave air dry.
If using a hairdryer, use a low or cool setting to prevent heat damage.

3. Styling

Always use a heat protectant before straightening or curling the hair.
Minimize heat usage to prevent dryness and damage to the extensions.
Comb or brush the hair gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working toward the roots.

4. Night Care

Protect your hair while sleeping by loosely braiding it or wearing it in a loose ponytail.
Use a satin or silk scarf or pillowcase to reduce friction and prevent tangling.
